What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed OT
• Help patients regain independence and daily living skills in their homes
• Observe, document, and communicate patient progress to the care team
• Support safe home environments and functional mobility
• Educate patients and families to promote long-term success

Who You Are

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
• Active COTA certification and current California state licensure
• Minimum 1 year of experience (home health preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Schedule Options

We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Per Diem COTA opportunities.

Scheduling preferences will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit.
