How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide IOP, PHP group, and family sessions using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.

• Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
• Handle IOP and PHP groups.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors or Master’s degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
• Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.
• Strong group therapy etiquette and documentation skills.
