Ambulatory Surgery Center Manager (RN)
Central Arkansas Surgery Center | Full-Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
$75,000 - 85,000 DOE

Position Summary: As ASC Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead clinical staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role champions patient care, operational efficiency, and team collaboration across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily ASC operations, including staffing, patient flow, and quality care
- Manage and develop clinical and clerical teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize operations
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- BSN preferred
- 5+ years ASC/Hospital experience as an RN
- 3+ years leadership or management experience
