SAP EWM Level 1 Support – On-site, Alzey, GermanyLocation: Alzey, Germany (fully on-site, non-negotiable)Shift: Flexible shifts between 6 AM – 10 PMContract: 12 months What We’re Looking For:Strong SAP EWM knowledgeFluent in German (spoken & written) – Spanish NOT requiredExperience working with warehouse operators and customer-facing teamsHands-on experience in warehouse support, automated systems, and S/4HANA EWMKey Responsibilities:Provide Level 1 support for the EWM business teamResolve day-to-day issues and raise incidents via ServiceNowLiaise with business teams and customers to ensure smooth operationsSupport integration with Warehouse Automation, MES, and satellite systemsAlign with IT teams for change requests and informal testingNice to Have:Experience with ASRS, AGV, conveyors, AMRs, or other warehouse automationKnowledge of IM & EWM processes, including inbound/outbound processing, physical inventory, HU managementFamiliarity with life sciences/pharmaceutical domain and GxP/SOX compliance
