Location: Bishop’s Stortford (Hybrid Working) Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Uncapped Commission Earnings Potential: Quarterly & Monthly bonuses (Up to 30% of billings)

We are a growing staffing agency looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team. Whether your expertise lies in Driving, Industrial, or Commercial sectors, we provide the platform; you provide the drive.

This isn't a role for a "seat-warmer." We need a consultant who thrives on the hunt—someone who knows where the business is, knows how to win it, and takes pride in delivering a seamless service to both temps and clients.

The Role

As a 360 Consultant, you will have full autonomy over your desk. While our focus is predominantly Temp-led, you will have the freedom to capitalize on Permanent opportunities to maximize your billings.

• Business Development: Proactively identifying, cold-calling, and meeting new clients to sell our staffing solutions.

• Account Management: Nurturing existing relationships and ensuring 100% fulfillment across your desk.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing job boards, social media, and networking to build a robust pipeline of reliable temps.

• Compliance & Admin: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from right-to-work checks to weekly payroll management for your contractors.

What We’re Looking For

• The "Fire": You are self-motivated, competitive, and hungry for financial success.

• Sector Knowledge: Experience in Driving (HGV/Van), Industrial (Warehouse/Manufacturing), or Commercial (Office Support) recruitment is highly preferred.

• The Blueprint: You must be able to demonstrate a clear plan of how you would build and scale your desk from day one.

• Resilience: You understand the highs and lows of temp recruitment and have the grit to keep pushing.
