Job Functions:

1. Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it.
2. Lead and manage a team, establishing expectations and holding the team accountable to meeting them (LMA).
3. Become and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned distribution center software and hardware and provide a first point of contact for end users to receive support with troubleshooting and solving problems.
4. Record, track, and document all relevant information related to technical issues, including all actions taken to resolve those issues.
5. Escalate complex problems to the IT department, as needed, through the established support ticketing system and partner with them to resolve the issue.
6. Build rapport with end users and IT personnel and communicate effectively regarding issues and needs.
7. Oversee the pickline slotting process and work with the Slotting Coordinator to ensure product is slotted appropriately.
8. Lead the order fulfillment induction team, ensuring orders are waved and inducted accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in a technical specialty strongly preferred. 
2. Knowledge of basic computer software and hardware fundamentals with proven ability to learn new systems and technical skills quickly and effectively. 
3. Highly motivated and self-directed individual with keen attention to detail.
4. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
5. Good written and verbal communication with a focus on interpersonal skills: rapport-building, listening, and questioning.
6. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
