Analyst I, Identity and Access Management

Job Description

Job Purpose

Identity Access Management User Administration.

 

Responsibilities

• Primary role of Analyst is performing application administration and Active Directory.User provisioning and De-provisioning. User life-cycle management, performing certifications, Access Reviews and terminations, etc.,
• Knowledge on group policies and types of accounts.
• Knowledge on Identity Access Management governance and provisioning tools like SailPoint, Active Directory and Service Now.
• Incident Response to security incidents and take appropriate action to secure user identities and access.
• Knowledge of common Information Security Management frameworks, Access Control Standards.
• Strong understanding of Policies, Compliance, Security Operations and Processes.

Knowledge and Experience

• Good Communications skills.
• Experience in IT Security for at least 3 years.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within organization.
• Understanding on cloud access management.
• MI reporting skill set like PowerBI.etc.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with peers and business users alike.

Education

• Graduate in any stream but need to have IT knowledge.

Shift hours

• Roster will be assigned for two months at a time based on business requirements.
• Flexible to work in 17x5 rotational shifts.
