• Your Role – Recognize new automation opportunities according to manufacturing process flow in ZEISS factory, propose automation design solution and work closely with equipment supplier for realization. To support other departments with implementation of new projects; To support production departments with machine continuous improvement, technical transformation, troubleshooting of control systems.
• Your Experience – Ability to design, modify, and maintain non-standard mechanical and electrical equipment systems. Proficient in non-standard mechanical structure design, familiar with 3D drawing software, capable of proposing project requirements and organizing project verification documents. Possess certain experience in automation project management, leading or participating in project development and maintenance from start to implementation, with rich experience in automation equipment development and maintenance, system failure analysis, and continuous improvement. Familiar with electrical design software is preferred. Familiar with PLC program writing and debugging is preferred. Familiar with electrical control system design and possess certain PLC skills Programming ability is preferred (any brand such as Siemens, Schneider, etc.), with strong self-learning ability and sense of responsibility. Good English reading and writing skills, able to communicate face-to-face with Europeans and Americans in English. Priority is given to having a certain understanding of new knowledge and technologies such as Industry 4.0 and digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises
