RN – Med Surg – Full-Time Nights (Baylor Program/Weekend Option)

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO, that focuses on personalized care. Requirements

 What to expect as a Med Surg RN:

• Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management.
• Work in a teamwork environment.
• Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills.
• Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Previous Med Surg (1 year preferred) or related experience desired.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
