Job Responsibilities:

Atividades

Apoiar nos processos de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo triagem de currículos e agendamento de entrevistas.
Auxiliar na integração de novos colaboradores.
Dar suporte na organização e controle de treinamentos obrigatórios de segurança.
Atualizar controles, planilhas e indicadores da área de RH e EHS.
Apoiar ações de comunicação interna, eventos e programas de engajamento, saúde ocupacional, segurança e meio ambiente.
Auxiliar na organização de documentos e arquivos de colaboradores e registros de segurança do trabalho.
Suportar atividades de administração de pessoal conforme necessidade.
Participar de inspeções de segurança e organização de campanhas de conscientização.

Requisitos

Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou Engenharia de Produção.
Disponibilidade para estagiar por 2 anos.
Conhecimento do Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word).
Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade.
Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos nas áreas de RH e Segurança do Trabalho.
