Description
We are looking for a Launch Lead to join our Specialty Care team in Finland. As the successful candidate you will lead the end-to-end launch and early in-market execution of a therapy in our respiratory portfolio, ensuring best-in-class launch readiness, rapid market access, and strong early adoption.
The role is accountable for translating global strategy into a Finland-specific, integrated launch plan, coordinating all cross-functional activities, and ensuring execution excellence across access, medical engagement, commercial activation, and operations.

In this role you will
- Lead Finland launch excellence: Own and deliver the integrated launch plan across pre-launch, launch and early in-market phases, ensuring clear milestones, governance, risk management and timely escalation.
- Localise global strategy for Finland: Translate global positioning, messaging and evidence into a Finland-specific launch strategy aligned with local payer, HCP and patient needs.
- Drive market access and reimbursement readiness: Partner with Market Access and Medical teams to support pricing, reimbursement and HTA preparation, enabling timely and effective patient access.
- Lead cross-functional execution: Align Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply and Compliance teams around one coordinated launch plan, driving accountability and execution discipline.
- Build customer engagement and commercial readiness: Use local insights to shape HCP, payer and account engagement, while ensuring sales force readiness, materials, segmentation, omnichannel planning and training are in place ahead of launch.
- Track performance and ensure operational excellence: Monitor launch KPIs, optimise performance, coordinate forecasting and supply readiness, and ensure all activities meet GSK policies, local regulations and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject
- Extensive experience working in biopharma, with strong experience in, pulmonology, specialty or oncology product launches
- Experience working in brand management / new product introduction
- Experience with Market access / payer environment (preferably Nordics/Finland)
- Strong execution focus, with structured project management
- Demonstrated matrix leadership and stakeholder influence
- Understanding of Finnish healthcare system and HTA/reimbursement processes
- Ability to translate clinical data into clear value propositions
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in respiratory product launch management, with strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, prioritisation and decision-making in a launch environment.
- High standards of compliance, quality and integrity, with the ability to adapt to evolving data, priorities and market conditions.
- Strong leadership behaviours, including driving delivery, collaborating and influencing across functions without formal authority, and focusing on actions that improve access and patient impact.
- Fluent in spoken and written Finnish

Finnish Salary Range: EUR 67,425 to EUR 112,375The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
