Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist – Basic

Position Summary

The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist – Basic supports business process improvement initiatives by assisting with the analysis, documentation, and implementation of business and technology solutions. Working with business stakeholders and technical teams, this role helps identify business needs, support project planning and execution, facilitate system enhancements, provide end-user training and troubleshooting, and prepare presentations while communicating effectively with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Leverage process mining tools (Celonis) to extract, transform, and analyze enterprise data and automate processes, enabling end-to-end process visibility
• Develop and design interactive dashboards and visualizations to highlight process deviations, bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and business optimization
• Work closely with the business community to understand process challenges and develop requirements
• Develop and document improvement process use cases, define problem statements, and provide prioritization inputs for actionable business initiatives
• Analyze SAP configurations and custom table developments for alignment with business requirements
• Front-End Data Modeling Support, especially in areas where previous phases identified inconsistent or incorrect table/field mappings, helping reduce time EA2 spends researching and resolving data model gaps
• Dashboarding & Visualization, building user-facing views that translate complex data models and Celonis outputs into actionable insight for Process Owners and stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree required 
• 4+ years of experience – most preferably as a Data Analyst / BI Expert / Process Mining Expert
• Expertise in Power BI / Tableau / Celonis / Qlik /ARIS / UiPath Process Mining, including analysis and cleansing of the source systems' data, establishing ETL, and creating Data Visualizations
• Demonstrate direct experience working with implementing Celonis process mining capabilities
• Experience with ServiceNow, RPA tools, or other automation/agent technologies
• Understanding standard SAP configuration and custom development processes
• Hands-on experience delivering use cases using Celonis data modeling, dashboard creation, Workbench, and Action Flows
• Experience with EDI/XML electronic data exchange and knowledge of DoD logistics business processes, including DLMS, legacy transaction standards, MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, MILSBILLS, SDR/WebSDR, and DoDAAD
• Tools: SQL/PQL, Celonis/Qlik, Teams / SharePoint / MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay Rate

$100,000 - $110,000/ Annually
