1. Develop campaign creative and promotional assets

Support the ideation, design and development of creative materials required for agency campaigns, recognition, events and internal communications, including:

  • Campaign posters and digital banners
  • Leaderboard and campaign tracking templates
  • Presentation slides and briefing materials
  • Video, motion graphics and short-form digital content

Social media and communication assets

2. Translate campaign mechanics into clear and engaging visual communication

Convert campaign concepts, mechanics and calls-to-action into simple, visually appealing and easy-to-understand creative content that supports agent awareness, understanding and participation.

Conduct basic research on current/ viral design trends, agent engagement formats and relevant visual references to improve campaign appeal and recall.

3. Ensure materials are aligned with brand, governance and Shariah requirements

Assist in checking that visuals, copy, layout and overall look and feel are consistent with company branding, communication standards and applicable Shariah guidelines.

Coordinate with the relevant person-in-charge where guidance or clarification is required, and maintain consistency across campaign materials to avoid duplication, conflicting versions or non-compliant content.

4. Provide day-to-day campaign execution and administrative support

Assist the team in managing routine campaign-related tasks such as preparing working files, updating trackers, consolidating design feedback, organising creative assets and supporting urgent communication requests where required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, Mass Communication or related disciplines.

• Basic knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, visual communication and digital content creation.

• Familiarity with design and productivity tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent platforms is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination and execution skills, with the ability to work within timelines.

• Professional, detail-oriented, eager to learn and comfortable supporting a fast-paced campaign management environment.

• Prior internship, coursework or portfolio experience in creative design, campaign communication or digital content development would be an added advantage.
