What will you be doing here?

Estamos buscando uma pessoa com experiência nos processos de Recebimento Fiscal, conhecimentos em impostos, classificação, conciliação, e outras rotinas pertinentes a área.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Será responsável pelo Recebimento,  conferência, lançamento de Notas Fiscais sejam elas de materiais, serviços e importação,  fretes entre outros, que possua com conhecimento em impostos,  efetuar conciliações contábeis, assegurando que todos os documentos estejam corretamente registrados, monitorar, analisar e tratar processos com divergências, participação em pequenos projetos que envolvam as atividades realizadas, além de trazer propostas que gerem maior eficiência e melhora nos processos;
• Cumprimento de prazos e SLAs;
• Necessidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prazos, simultaneamente, mantendo a qualidade e entregando dentro do cronograma estabelecido;
• Lançamento de Notas Fiscais;
• Conciliação de Contas Contábeis;
• Apoio no atendimento a auditorias;
• Atendimento de chamados dos clientes através da plataforma da plataforma, garantindo SLA e qualidade da informação.​

Quais os requisitos?
 

• Ensino superior cursando ou completo;
• Espanhol - Necessário para reuniões com time LATAM;
• E1 Oracle;
• SAP ECC;
• SAP Hanna (desejável);
• ServiceNow;
• Power BI (desejável);
• Planilhas Eletrônicas.
