Salary: $137,525 - $156,231.00 + super +salary packaging

About the role

As the Statewide Services Manager, you will lead a high-performing team delivering vital alcohol and drug support services across NSW. In this rewarding leadership role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary Alcohol and Drug interdisciplinary team, driving service excellence, staff development, and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Shape innovative care through SVHS ADS telehealth, virtual care, and telephone-based services that improve access for communities across metropolitan and rural NSW.

  • Drive quality and performance by monitoring service outcomes, analysing data, reporting on key performance indicators, and implementing evidence-based improvements.

  • Build strong partnerships with clinicians, executive leaders, the Ministry of Health, and key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve strategic priorities.

  • Make a meaningful impact by ensuring people seeking support receive high-quality, accessible, and person-centred care through one of NSW's specialist alcohol and drug services.

About you

We're looking for an inspiring leader who is passionate about improving healthcare access and delivering exceptional services. You will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams within healthcare or contact centre

  • Strong ability to lead service improvement initiatives, analyse performance data, and drive quality outcomes.

  • Experience managing complex operations, balancing competing priorities, and delivering services that meet strategic and operational goals.
