Your role at Baxter:

As a Sr Market Planner at Baxter, you will contribute importantly to ensuring smooth product availability and inventory control at the country or cluster level. This remarkable opportunity allows you to manage supply and demand, lower supply risks, and encourage clear communication within cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the supply of finished goods, equipment, and spare parts through coordination with internal and external suppliers.
• Develop and complete inventory deployment plans to ensure product availability and efficient stock levels.
• Monitor inventory performance, analyzing variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure achievement of key supply chain metrics, including service levels, backorders, inventory targets, and cost performance.
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate inbound shipments to ensure timely product availability.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service, Quality, and Commercial teams to resolve supply issues.
• Lead supply risk management efforts, implementing mitigation plans and allocation strategies when necessary.
• Support product launches, lifecycle changes, and continuous improvement initiatives passionate about inventory optimization and cost savings.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning or ERP systems.
• English proficiency is required.
• 3-5 years of experience related to supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, and/or inventory planning is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong customer focus and dedicated approach.
• Continuous improvement approach and problem-solving orientation.
