Job Description Summary

The Staff Technical Product Manager for the Digital Technology team will be a delivery-focused, results-driven product leader with deep expertise in Digital Technology (preferrable in Analytics & AI) solutions and data analytics, acting as the strategic interface between the Business and Digital Technology Team (DT Team). This role is critical for translating Business needs into modern, digitally transformed and AI-enabled data products and analytics capabilities, and — most importantly — driving them to completion. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivery, an existing, trusted relationship with Business stakeholders, and a "get it done" mentality that prioritizes execution over process.

Job Description

Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment

• Act as a liaison between Business units and IT, leveraging existing stakeholder relationships to rapidly align priorities, remove blockers, and accelerate delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with Grid Business teams, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and prioritize AI/analytics use cases based on business value.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and demonstrate expert persuasion/influencing skills to ensure alignment between business units, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Work with business leaders to identify changes to the business model, assess impact on the IT ecosystem, build business cases, and manage execution of business model transformation.

Requirements & Solution Design

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Business stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications and digital technology use cases, AI, analytics products, and data-driven solutions.
• Translate business strategy into an enabling digital strategy consisting of prioritized themes, initiatives, and capabilities/epics.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of DT initiatives — from concept through production deployment — including requirements, data pipeline needs, model/analytics validation, UAT, rollout, and adoption.
• Manage multiple DT/AI/data initiatives and projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery with impeccable quality.
• Drive delivery cadence with engineering, data science, and analytics teams — tracking milestones, monitoring tasks, and proactively resolving delivery risks and red flags.
• Collaborate with project managers and solution architects to ensure timely, quality delivery of IT initiatives.
• Drive a bias-for-action, execution-first culture — escalate blockers fast, solve problems fast, ship fast.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products.
• Support Operations/Daily Ticket Management/Any other urgent support as needed.
• Emphasize driving process excellence and operational efficiency through data and automation.

Change Management

• Build trust-based change management and adoption plans to ensure Business teams actively use delivered AI/analytics solutions.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• 8 to 10 years of IT/DT experience, focusing technology, analytics and AI
• 2 + years of CPQ/Quote to Cash Business Analyst/Product Management Experience
• Existing and established relationships with Business stakeholders with credibility to drive alignment and fast decision making
• Proven track record of getting the job done, with focusing on managing multiple teams for delivery
• In-depth experience in all areas of product management including capturing business requirements, managing delivery, conducting testing & providing support & training to the users
• Strong knowledge in Quote to Cash ecosystem including Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Fusion, PowerBI, Tableau, Data Analytics Platforms and underlying integration & fulfillment capabilities
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and Waterfall delivery
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in verbal, visual, and written communication
• Strong people management skills required to manage Business Stakeholder expectations
• Sales Operations & Quote to Cash wing to wing process knowledge, understanding which systems perform which action

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI certification is a big plus, Analytics certification is a big plus
• Knowledge in complete Quote to Cash flow is important including Oracle Fusion & Oracle OIC
• Experience with managing technical projects in a large, complex enterprise environment on a global basis
• Solid understanding of software development models, web technologies, system integrations, database concepts and modern service-oriented architectures and industry trends
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Have an aptitude and willingness for learning new technologies / software
• Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
