Are you confident, proactive, and great with people?Looking for a part-time role where you can create positive impact?

Field-Based | Permanent | Part Time - 24 hours per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Pay: £12.71 per hour + up to 15% quarterly bonus (OTE up to £14.61 per hour)

Territory: Nottingham, Ilkeston, Hucknall, and surrounds (Postcodes covered: NG2, 4-7, 9, 11, 15, 16, DE7)

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for this role.

You don't need previous field marketing experience - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn, and full training will be provided.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

If you've never worked in field marketing, don't worry—there’s no cold calling or pushy sales! You are simply the face of Cadbury and Oreo in your local supermarkets.

On a typical day, you will:

• Build displays and increase brand presence: Set up eye-catching promotional stands and arrange shelves so products look irresistible.
• Ensure products are available and visible: Check that products aren't stuck in store stockrooms and get them onto the shop floor.
• Build relationships: Communicate with store managers as a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands to secure the best display spots in store.
• Provide insights and feedback: Using a tablet to snap photos of your displays and record your store visits and insights.

What We’re Looking For

• People First: You’re a confident, friendly communicator who enjoys striking up conversations.
• Self-Motivated: You take pride in your work, show initiative, and thrive working independently out on the road.
• Eager to Learn: Curiosity and a positive, growth-oriented mindset matter far more to us than a long CV.
• Backgrounds in retail, customer service, or hospitality are a plus—but not essential as full training is provided!
