Consumer Marketing Intern (Young Professional Programme - 12 month contract)

The Role: 

As a Consumer Marketing Intern, you will be a crucial support to the Marketing Operations team, focusing on data management and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our marketing data. 

This role will offer you an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, gaining valuable experience in strategic partnerships and trend analysis.

You will collaborate with the Personal Work Solutions team on go-to-market strategies and provide ad hoc project support across various channels.

• Support and collaborate with the Personal Work Solutions team on go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and business planning.
• Attend weekly meetings to aid in the execution of key marketing projects.
• Conduct analysis and trend identification to support marketing decisions.
• Assist in strategic partnership deliverables across educational, advertising, B2B, retail, and technology sectors.
• Provide ad hoc project support for sales and marketing teams in etail/retail channels.
• Collaborate with other Young Professionals globally on projects and best practices. 

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree (final year) or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Highly organized and inquisitive, with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and the eagerness to bring fresh perspectives.
• Solution-driven, with the ability to drive projects and excel in time management.
• Proficient in the Google suite of products and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams.
