Relationship Oversight Analyst - Bank Network Management

Team/Role Overview:

This role provide support to the Global Bank Network Management (BNM) team who are responsible for managing agent bank relationships supporting Citi business.

BNM is part of the Corporate Shared Services (CSS) division under the Chief Operating Office (COO) Organisation, rolling up directly into the Treasury  & Liquidity Operations (TLO). BNM provides best in class banking services to our business partners and clients, while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi owned bank accounts. BNM global functions include: Relationship Management, Regulatory, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management and Agent Bank Risk. The Relationship function is responsible for managing relationships with agent banks to provide transparency, governance, and control over real world bank accounts which Citi businesses hold globally, both with affiliates and 3rd party banks.

The Relationship Oversight Analyst role supports the Relationship function under Bank Network Management (BNM) and includes oversight activities ranging from execution of Relationship Markets Support related reporting / MIS delivery; involvement and coordination of high profile projects relating to Risk Management, Data Integrity, Process Management and Change Management; and execution of periodic Relationship / Regulatory Controls.

What you'll do:

• Execution of all Relationship Markets Support function related reporting / MIS
• Maintain and build any potential new procedures / guidelines / user manual in relation to the Markets Support function activities
• Review all existing reporting activities to identify potential opportunities to streamline and efficiency improvement
• Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to eliminate mundane tasks creating space for new activities
• Involvement and coordination of high profile projects relating to Risk Management, Data Integrity, Process Management and Change Management
• Assists in ad-hoc reports, special projects and perform internal team assignments as needed to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support the elimination of redundant BNM controls and reduce frequency of low-value controls
• Support control transformation and monthly/quarterly control testing
• Complete all tasks – having connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the JDs – charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head

What we'll need from you:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of and ability to navigate complex global organizations, especially Operations / Support Functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• College / University Degree
• Project Work experience (planning and execution)
• In-depth specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
• Knowledge of and experience in working within Citi’s Risk & Control environment is a plus
• Good analytical and presentation skills, strong time management skills
• Organised approach with good attention to detail
• Impeccable integrity and judgment
