Job Summary
Under general direction, supervise and direct security at assigned park, completing Incident Reports, Daily Activities Report, and ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and organized, clean, professional workspace
Ensure assigned park is secure 24/7
Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
Responsible for accurate communication between maintenance to ensure all pump rooms, and facilities are intact and operating correctly
Provide excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitude
Understanding of parks rules, policies, and procedures, and being able to communicate these to our guests
Document Daily Activities Reports, Incident Reports, PM’s, Inspections, Deliveries, etc.
Delegate duties to subordinates, daily and weekly
Report employees in violation of Legends Global’s conduct policies
Respond to alarms and distress calls, escort disruptive individuals to security office and/or off premises
Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or tampering
Respond, generate, and assist with crowd control inside and outside
Escort/assist Site Managers when handling large sums of money, supervise security officers to ensure completion of assigned duties
Complete rounds and scan all necessary QR codes
Assist other departments in need to accomplish event expectations or company’s objectives
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
Position requires physical ability to move around facility grounds and buildings, may require
operation of motor vehicle, may be exposed to physical confrontations, indoors and outdoors
working conditions and long periods of desk duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferred Minimum of 2 years experience
Communication Skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
Organizational Skills
High School Diploma/GED
OSHA Certification (training provided)
Computer knowledge and typing skills
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
CPR/First Aid Certified (training provided)
Can speak/write English
Current knowledge/certification in crowd control, fire suppression, and emergency preparedness preferred
Security certification
