- Act as a subject matter expert for machine control applications, with additional exposure to geopositioning, Topnet Live and CORS solutions.
- Create useful customer-facing content, including quick guides, how-to materials and technical notifications.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services EMEA and international Support colleagues on shared goals, projects and product knowledge.
- Continue developing your own technical expertise through product training, certification, eLearning and instructor-led sessions.
What we are looking for
- Practical knowledge of machine control, geomatics, surveying or construction technology; experience in road, infrastructure or vertical construction is highly valued.
- A degree in Construction Engineering, Geodesy, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ideally around 3 years of experience in construction applications, infrastructure projects, geomatics, surveying or technical customer support.
- A strong troubleshooting mindset, curiosity for technology and willingness to work hands-on with customers, machines and jobsite challenges.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a friendly, supportive approach with customers and colleagues.
- Comfort working with digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Salesforce and other business systems.
- Dutch is mandatory; good French and English skills, both written and spoken, are also required.
- Ability to travel to jobsites and customers across Belgium and Luxembourg when needed.
What we offer
- A permanent full-time contract in a dynamic and international technology environment.
- Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training to support your growth and certification.
- Professional IT tools, modern support systems and exposure to the latest Topcon technologies.
- Autonomy in your work, with strong support from local and EMEA colleagues.
- Attractive salary package with company car, pension plan and extended benefits such as health insurance with dental care and meal vouchers.
- 40-hour working week with 32 holidays and hybrid working options, including one day working from home.
- Main workplace in Zellik, with regular customer and jobsite visits across Belgium and Luxembourg.
