Description
The Strategic Partner Pricing Supervisor leads and develops the Strategic Partner Pricing team to maximize utilization and profitability of pricing programs. This role partners across multiple business functions, drives process improvements, and supports gross margin growth through effective pricing program management and partner engagement.
What you will do
Supervise and develop the Strategic Partner Pricing team to identify, implement, and facilitate pricing programs that optimize utilization and profitability.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that increase operational efficiency.
Partner with business stakeholders to support economic gross margin growth through pricing programs.
Identify and assess new pricing program opportunities with partners not currently participating in pricing program processes.
Guide program analysis and measure pricing program effectiveness, category performance, and return on investment.
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Partner Finance, Commissions, EBO, and PPM.
Work directly with Partner Finance to minimize write-offs and resolve program exceptions.
Develop and implement policies and procedures as business needs evolve.
Train, coach, and develop team members.
What we expect of you
Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of experience. OR, 9+ years of work experience required.
3+ years of Sales Operations experience.
2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience.
Customer Service or Sales experience providing high-level service.
Negotiation skills.
Experience working directly with Partners/Manufacturers.
Experience supervising a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders including senior leadership.
Proven analytical skills in analyzing data and complex processes.
Working knowledge of full life cycle product flow, rebate collection process, and processing front-end rebates.
Flexibility to manage competing priorities and changing business needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
Pay range: $ 81,000 - $ 113,000 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
