What You'll Do

• Handle all social media accounts related to inbound and outbound customer support, covering Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high happiness.
• Collaborate closely with partners and internal operations teams to maintain consistent messaging and service quality.
• Track social media trends, evaluating the effect of social interaction across different platforms.
• Develop and successfully implement programs to improve dedication and engagement, such as the "Social Care Loyalty Program".
• Build comprehensive social media reports and dashboards to track performance and engagement metrics.
• Suggest strategies to improve key performance indicators like response time and engagement rate.
• Ensure all social media activities strictly adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to align social support initiatives with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

What We're Looking For

• More than 3 years of experience in social media support or community management.
• Hands-on experience coordinating several social platforms with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to build and assess the impact of social engagement programs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on dedication and retention.
• Experience in online industries such as gaming, betting, fintech, or insurance is preferred.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Skilled in managing social media platforms and capable of generating detailed reports with Excel, Power BI, or comparable software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• A creative problem solver with strong analytical abilities, highly organized, and meticulous.

Pay Range

$59,764 - $100,900 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
