About the Role
Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a full-time Production Control Coordinator (PCC) to provide crucial administrative support in Manassas, VA.
This role involves:
- Managing service requests, maintaining the CMMS, dispatching technicians, scheduling subcontractors, collecting visit reports, and interfacing with customers
- Additionally, the PCC handles general office tasks such as time-sheet tracking, product purchasing, and maintaining records as necessary
- Responsibilities also include project administration, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with customers on facility maintenance activities. The PCC must attend monthly financial review meetings.
Shift hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Salary $35.27 per hour
You Should Have
- Must be able to pass and maintain US Capitol Police background check
- Requires 5+ years' experience in office administration, billing, invoicing, and financial tracking
- Must support robust tracking of reimbursable spending accounts
- General understanding of maintenance operations is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting functions required
- Previous NetSuite experience is a plus
- Project tracking software experience
- Proficiency with TMA Systems CMMS
- Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral (English) communication skills
