The Opportunity
The Facilities Service Center Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Facilities Management on the Daytona Beach Campus. This position oversees the coordination, screening, documentation, and dispatching of Facilities service requests received through phone, email, Ready Request, staff requests, and contractor requests.
The Supervisor serves as a central point of contact for Facilities Management, coordinating service requests across multiple trades and assisting with Facilities support for special events. This position also oversees the Vehicle Loaner Program, monitors the KeyTrak system, coordinates with external maintenance contractors, and provides support for the department’s front desk operations.
In addition, the Facilities Service Center Supervisor supervises two part-time student employees, including responsibility for interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and serving as a critical connection between customers, Facilities staff, and service providers.
