Job Description
Client Services - Credit Cards - Fraud Management is responsible for interacting with clients, either directly or indirectly, in support of sales, trading, relationship management, or portfolio management activities. The Credit Cards focus specializes in activities related to the commercial and consumer cards business. Responsibilities include the development of objectives, policies, and plans to maximize market penetration and profits, while also managing the overall credit risk of the business and collections. The Fraud Management area is responsible for developing and documenting fraud policies and procedures for all components of fraud, including mail, activation, underwriting, lost or stolen, convenience checks, and personal identification numbers (PINs), with a focus on fraud prevention.
Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
