Lead the sector brand strategy and innovation across ABUs, delivering topline growth, accretive margins (GM & OP), market share, and brand equity for the sector.
Partner with a cross-functional sector team spanning R&D, Marketing, Insights & Analytics and Design to develop the segment's sector growth agenda.
Develop end-to-end, cohesive, and aligned Adult Care segment sector / brand strategies and plans, and ensure a robust short-term (e.g., 0–3 year) innovation pipeline aligned with strategic growth goals.
Elevate brand story-telling, creative, digital and content quality to drive richer consumer engagement and ROI improvement.
Maximize value capture in market through portfolio strategy, cost improvement and volume growth.
Partner with the Segment Leaders and Commercial counterparts to convert sector strategy into in-market execution, anchored to the broader segment agenda and supporting delivery of growth and financial targets

Essential Requirements
Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in FMCG Marketing roles in the region and country.
Brand building experience specifically in consumer insights, new product development, communication, campaign development.
Global/Regional Innovation experience including FEI (Front-End Innovation), new product development, domain expansions.
Experience in creating and activating marketing models for low penetration categories.
Led Digital acceleration programs and experienced in digital analytics.
Strong strategic thinking and skill to influence broad multifunctional team.
Experience in people management and building high performing teams.
Past marketing success in Indonesia, Korean and/or Australian markets is preferred.
Leadership Competencies / Qualifications
Strong commercial acumen, able to connect brand and innovation strategy to financial outcomes and operate credibly cross-functionally.
Strategic marketing and brand management expertise with strong commercial and in-market execution capabilities including experience working in/with Korea, Indonesia and Australia market leads.
Deep consumer-led innovation expertise with track record of building category-defining pipelines, translating consumer insights and trends to drive growth and brand relevance.
Strong people and culture leadership in-service of greater market results.
Operator mindset emphasizing speed, agility, pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking.
Ability to deliver value to markets through cross-functional leadership and execution.
Cultural sensitivity and market fluency, with a track record of building relationships and delivering results across diverse, multi-market environments.
Key Success Measures
Brand: Brand health (brand equity scores, consumer sentiment vs benchmarks).
Financial: Delivery of segment sector financial and market share targets.
Innovation: Performance against net income and forecasted plan value for innovation projects.
Regional: Scale sector plans regionally while ensuring strategies are locally relevant and fit to win for each market context.
