YOUR MISSION
- Drive retail operational excellence and commercial performance across the European retail network
- Partner with markets and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance store productivity, operational effectiveness, and consumer experience
- Lead key retail initiatives, process improvements, and business transformation projects to support sustainable growth
- Ensure consistent execution of retail standards while aligning global priorities with local market needs
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to Retail Directors, Area Managers and market teams, fostering best-practice sharing and continuous improvement.
YOUR TALENT
- 7+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, or a related commercial retail environment
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate retail KPIs and insights into impactful actions and business results
- Proven experience driving operational excellence, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
- Ability to influence, coach, and align stakeholders across markets and functions without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
