- Typically 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise storage or IT infrastructure.
- Proven success in hunting accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling complex solutions through consultative and outcome-based approaches.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise storage, including HPE or other major vendors.
- Experience working with presales teams on demonstrations, workshops, and POCs.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value.
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners and working in matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico and Latin America as required.
What Makes You Stand Out
