Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our pediatric specialty team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine and metabolic disorders affecting infants, children, and adolescents.Turkish language proficiency is highly preferred, as the position will primarily serve a Turkish-speaking patient population.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage pediatric endocrine and metabolic disorders.Provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents with:Growth disorders and short staturePrecocious and delayed pubertyPediatric diabetes mellitusThyroid disordersAdrenal disordersDisorders of calcium and bone metabolismObesity and metabolic disordersDisorders of sexual developmentPituitary and hypothalamic disordersGenetic and endocrine syndromesPerform appropriate clinical and developmental assessments.Interpret relevant hormonal, biochemical, imaging, and genetic investigations.Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing monitoring.Manage insulin therapy and other appropriate treatments for pediatric diabetes.Counsel children and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, nutrition, growth, puberty, and long-term disease management.Work collaboratively with pediatricians, dietitians, geneticists, radiologists, surgeons, and other multidisciplinary specialists.Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing medical education activities.Qualifications & RequirementsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).Recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics and/or Pediatric Endocrinology, in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.Valid eligibility/licensure to practice as a Specialist Pediatric Endocrinologist in Dubai/UAE.Relevant post-specialization experience in pediatric endocrinology.Strong clinical knowledge and experience managing pediatric endocrine disorders.Fluency in Turkish is highly preferred.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patient- and family-centered approach to pediatric care.Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience working with international patients and families.Experience with a Turkish-speaking patient population.Strong background in pediatric diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid disorders, and pubertal disorders.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric care environment.Commitment to evidence-based medicine, patient safety, and high-quality clinical care.What We OfferCompetitive specialist-level compensation package.Modern clinical facilities and multidisciplinary support.Opportunity to work with a growing international and Turkish-speaking patient population.Professional development and continuing medical education opportunities.Supportive clinical and administrative environment.
