Job Overview

The Manager, RN Clinical Support Partner-PACE, will be responsible for the leadership of the PACE Education and Training Department. Will have the clinical oversight of this team and their processes to ensure the highest standards in functional, technical, and clinical skills meet quality outcomes and productivity metrics. The Manager, RN Clinical Support Partner also has the responsibility and authority to implement the Education process for Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Personal Care Attendants through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of competency assessments to achieve patient-centered care across all PACE and ACS locations based on the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)-PACE Regulations and the California Department of Healthcare Services (DCHS). This role involves collaborating with the PACE Clinical Nurse Informatics Specialist, various PACE departments, and PACE functional leaders to develop standardized, evidence-based materials for training. The training will focus on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to improve safety and quality of healthcare delivery. The education process will be an organized, chronological, analytical, evidence-based, and planned course of action, resulting in positive behavior changes in knowledge, frame of mind, and skills. In addition, this role is responsible for developing and implementing standardized evidence-based, cost-effective, efficient training protocols, workflows, processes, systems, and key initiatives for the PACE and ACS clinical nursing departments to provide quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the frail elderly (Geriatric) population as required by CMS PACE regulations.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a PACE program is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on training experience is required to develop training programs, procedures, and routines, preferably in healthcare organizations.
• A current unrestricted California Registered Nurse License from an accredited nursing school is required.
• Current CA Driver’s License required.
• Soft and hard skills training and experience required. 
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with developing Learning Management System training modules is preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $119,974.40 annually
