Objective

• To provide an efficient and effective Property Management service, ensuring professional and proactive management approach.

 

 

 

Accountabilities

• Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities
• Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, M&E, customer care services, horticulture, club house management, fire fighting services, etc.)
• Monitor activities towards effective service delivery
• Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities
• Assists in administration activities
• Monitors invoice processing for management approval
• Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems
• Coordinates approval of contracts, notices and other time-sensitive documents
• Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and coordinate for appropriate actions accordingly
• Writes vendor contract specifications
• Manages critical relationships with client, residents and key vendors
• Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors
• Responds quickly to emergency situations
• Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills
• Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested
• Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution

  

Required Qualifications & Experience

 

• A bachelor’s / master’s or equivalent degree with 5 – 08 years’ experience in Hospitality/Property management Industry
• Ability to train, assign, organize, prioritize, motivate, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned employees and contractors
• Ability to prepare and present accurate and reliable reports containing site updates, findings and recommendations
• Ability to comprehend and follow safety rules and regulations
• Must have good knowledge on computer’s application
• Ability to communicate well with others, both orally and in writing
• Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines and emergency situations
