Build role-to-skill mapping frameworks, skill inventories, capability profiles, and workforce segmentation models to support talent and workforce planning.

Capability-Based Workforce Planning

Develop capability-driven HC models, staffing forecasts, readiness dashboards, and coverage monitoring routines.

Insights and Stakeholder Partnership

Partner with functional M2/M3 leaders, HR, IE, Workforce Development, and AI teams to translate workforce data into clear recommendations and action plans.

AI-Enabled Workforce Intelligence

Apply AI-enabled analytics to improve data consolidation, pattern identification, scenario modeling, and workforce insight generation.

Workforce Data Analytics
