Manager Reliability Product Testing

This role is responsible for  leading and managing a Reliability Laboratory team  of approximately 15 employees, including Engineers, Technicians, and Operators, to ensure reliable and efficient testing operations. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead and develop a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Operators. Plan and manage laboratory capacity and resources to meet reliability testing demands. Ensure delivery of testing services in line with target timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements. Translate global business, customer, and industry requirements into laboratory goals and operational targets. Maintain and continuously improve the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS). Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and failure prevention initiatives. Manage laboratory documentation, including ownership of the lab manual and document control system. Collaborate closely with global reliability teams, business divisions, product lines, and other sites. Oversee cost center budgeting and resource utilization. Provide regular reporting and updates to both local site management and global management teams. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related disciplines. At least 8 years of experience in Reliability Testing, Laboratory Operations, Quality, or Manufacturing environments, with leadership experience preferred. Strong background in laboratory management, quality systems, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or related standards. Experience in budget and cost center management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
