Our Supply Chain Team is looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Supply Chain Import Assistant to support the coordination and management of our import activities.
Working closely with the Import Planner and Import Manager, you will help ensure the timely, accurate and compliant importation of goods and materials, primarily from suppliers based in the Far East.
This is a fixed-term position until the end of the year, with the possibility of an extension for a few additional months. The role offers flexible weekly working hours, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.

WHAT WE OFFER
As a Supply Chain Import Assistant, you will support the smooth and efficient management of import operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing import documentation, including purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
Tracking international shipments and providing regular status updates to the relevant stakeholders
Checking the accuracy and completeness of import documents
Identifying discrepancies and supporting their timely resolution
Maintaining accurate Excel files and records covering import transactions and documentation
Supporting inventory management by providing timely and reliable information about incoming shipments
Collaborating with the Import Planner, Import Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient import operations
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is structured, reliable and comfortable working with detailed information.
You will ideally bring:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
A proactive and solution-oriented approach
Good problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
Current or completed studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Previous professional experience in logistics or import operations would be an advantage but is not essential.
