Location: Central London – office based

Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Languages: Fluent Spanish essential; French and/or Portuguese highly desirable

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international luxury business in Central London, working with an exclusive client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, VIPs and high-profile clients across international markets.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate or someone in the early stages of their sales career who has the confidence, drive and personal presence to succeed within a premium environment.

 

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and generating new business opportunities through social media, messaging and proactive outbound activity
• Qualifying inbound enquiries and identifying genuine sales opportunities
• Building relationships with prospective and existing international clients
• Communicating with clients across Spanish-speaking markets, including Spain and Latin America
• Supporting experienced Sales Executives throughout the full sales process
• Developing and managing your own portfolio of client accounts
• Working towards individual sales targets and earning uncapped commission
• Delivering an exceptional, highly personalised level of service to HNW and VIP clients
• Maintaining accurate client and opportunity information within the CRM
• Processing orders and payments
• Attending exclusive events, exhibitions and private showcases
• Travelling within the UK and internationally alongside senior colleagues for client consultations and hand deliveries
• Building long-term client relationships and representing the brand to an exceptionally high standard

 

About you

We're looking for someone with natural commercial ability, confidence and ambition who wants to develop a long-term career within luxury sales.

You'll need:

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish – essential
• French and/or Portuguese would be a significant advantage
• A genuine interest in developing a career within the luxury sector
• Natural sales ability and the confidence to approach new clients
• A professional, polished communication style
• The resilience to undertake proactive outbound sales activity and handle rejection
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The confidence to communicate appropriately with HNW and VIP clientele
• A target-driven mindset and desire to earn commission
• An interest in sport, particularly football, or a willingness to develop your knowledge
• Availability to work from the Central London office five days a week
• Flexibility to travel internationally when required
• A full UK driving licence held for at least two years and a clean driving record
