The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Engineer to drive a culture of Quality Excellence and Continuous Improvement across the Local Service Unit (LSU). In this role, you will champion quality strategies, processes, and improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing management systems, tools, and best practices that enable consistent execution, data-driven decision-making, and long-term performance improvement. Working collaboratively across functions, you will lead transformative initiatives that embed quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement into the organization's daily operations, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
How you will make an impact
1. Quality Leadership & Governance
Act as a role model to promote a culture of Quality and Continuous Improvement (Q&CI).
Lead and coordinate the deployment of BU/Hub Q&CI initiatives and the Hub Q&CI Plan within the LSU.
Advocate for the customer's voice in quality-related decisions and business processes.
Communicate Quality & CI KPIs across the LSU and provide regular performance updates.
Report KPI performance, improvement actions, and Q&CI progress to LSU and Hub leadership.
2. Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with the T-NPS process, including customer feedback collection, analysis, action planning, and feedback closure.
Coordinate the resolution and escalation of customer complaints and issues.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for customer concerns, KPI deviations, failures, and non-conformances.
Drive implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
Foster a learning culture through lessons learned, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the Hub Roadmap, annual Continuous Improvement Plan, lighthouse initiatives, and project savings targets.
3. Quality Management System, Assurance & Compliance
Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Local Quality Management System (ADONIS).
Plan and coordinate Management Review Meetings and ensure periodic reviews of QMS effectiveness.
Ensure process sustainability through collaboration with process owners and development of appropriate metrics.
Lead internal and external audit planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured in Project Quality Plans.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and organizational processes.
4. Quality Performance Monitoring & Control
Ensure effective quality controls are in place to meet customer, project, and service requirements.
Participate in Project Reviews to monitor execution and identify quality risks and issues.
Analyze Quality & CI KPIs, including CoPQ, COTD, T-NPS, NCR, and Failure Cost Rate.
Drive performance improvement initiatives based on KPI trends and RCA outcomes.
Monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Capability Development & Training
Assess Quality & Continuous Improvement competencies within the LSU and identify training needs.
Deliver quality-related training and awareness programs as required and develop, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding and training materials.
Support the achievement of Lean Six Sigma (L6S) certification objectives and capability-building initiatives within the LSU.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) standards, including ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, Six Sigma, and related quality frameworks.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Strong understanding of data analytics, statistics, and quality improvement methodologies and tools, including Fishbone Diagram, DMAIC, 8D, A3, PDCA, and 5W2H.
Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), managing corrective and preventive actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Effective stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate audits, training programs, and quality governance activities.
