Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across digital channels
- Own budgets and optimize spend toward performance targets
Performance & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Use data to make decisive calls on what to scale, cut, or test
Growth Strategy
- Identify new opportunities to drive e-commerce sales through paid media
- Continuously refine targeting, creative, and bidding for stronger returns
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid ads and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical, data-driven approach
- Decisive and comfortable owning budget decisions
- E-commerce experience preferred
