UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Role's Summary :
Lead and oversee a specific division within UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
What you are expected to do ( Responsbilities )
Develop and implement strategic plans for the division, aligning with the overall company vision and goals.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective resource allocation.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the division, identifying opportunities for growth and enhanced productivity.
Manage divisional budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other UOB entities.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
Prepare and present regular reports on divisional performance, progress, and challenges to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
What qualifies you for the role ( Requirements )
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a leadership or management role, with at least 5 years managing a significant team or division.
Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
Strong understanding of innovation processes, emerging technologies, and financial services industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
