Pramac, part of the third largest group in the world in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Engineering Project Manager to join our Italian team.
The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customized power solutions while developing your technical and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kick-off to completion.
- Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and other internal functions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and technical documentation, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation actions.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
- Support communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in managing engineering changes, technical reviews, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with customer requirements, technical specifications, and company standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or Economics.
- Up to 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or industrial environments.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Smartsheet or other project management tools is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.
