This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, Florida, from January 2027 through June 2027

What You Will Do

In this exciting and fast-paced changing environment, your ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of people, processes, and technology while assisting with the daily operation of College & International Recruitment!

Performing pre-arrivals, onboarding, and arrivals day tasks including:

  • Attending arrivals day events and interacting with incoming participants.
  • Contacting participants via phone and/or email to offer support that promotes a positive onboarding experience.
  • Responding promptly to incoming candidate inquiries with dedication and compassion.
  • Ensuring accurate candidate records and validating that documents are returned in a timely manner to keep the company compliant.
  • Reading reports in BrassRing, Excel, and other systems.

Supporting our on-campus Recruiters and their Disney Program Representatives by assisting with:

  • Pre-arrival engagement sessions designed to inspire and set up future program participants for success.
  • Disney Alumni Association engagement and events (in-person and virtually).

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Answering multiple messages through our Disney Programs Support Site (Zendesk).
  • Communicating with internal and external partners in a timely manner to request and/or deliver information.
  • Processing large amounts of data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a set timeframe.
  • Managing daily tasks and special projects with accountability for work output.

  • A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
  • Driven to actively engage with partners when experiencing challenges.
  • Comfortable with group facilitation.
  • The skill to work independently and with a team, with minimum supervision.
  • The capacity to prioritize work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Education

  • Junior or Senior preferred.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 through January 2027.
  • Fully available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time Zone, with possible weekends or shifts that are outside of these hours for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week 
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
  • Be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
