At Roche Polska, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.
Your Primary Mission
We're seeking a strategic operational partner who will transform administrative and procedural challenges into streamlined, value-driven solutions. In this role, you'll be the architect of operational excellence - bridging internal teams and external stakeholders to build scalable processes that empower our organization to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care and business impact.
The Opportunity:
Identify and resolve administrative and procedural needs across Squads and Chapters, serving as a trusted partner in operational problem-solving.
Centralize and optimize administrative processes, driving efficiency improvements and reducing operational friction across the organization.
Partner with conference organizers, creative agencies, and publishing partners to develop impactful promotional and educational materials for both domestic and international initiatives.
Manage purchase orders within our procurement systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee supplier payment verification and financial reserves management.
Collaborate with Chapters on HCP and HCO engagement processes using preferred tools and systems (SUZI/ROME), ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Champion continuous team improvement by actively contributing to shared knowledge management, fostering experience-sharing, and documenting best practices across Squads and Chapters.
Implement administrative and procedural solutions that align with and support our central strategy.
Develop recommendations that strengthen external stakeholder engagement and partnership effectiveness.
Proactively pursue process improvements and simplifications, both internally and with external partners.
Lead strategic supplier conversations on active projects, safeguarding Roche's financial and legal interests while engaging relevant teams in decision-making.
Work closely with our Legal team to ensure process compliance, mitigate risk, and actively support contract development and co-creation.
Who You Are:
You genuinely seek to understand diverse perspectives from colleagues across local and global teams, and you integrate these insights thoughtfully into your decisions.
You are decisive and comfortable owning the outcomes of your choices.
You embrace change and challenges with a constructive mindset, seeing them as opportunities for growth.
You remain open to new challenges and are willing to pioneer new ways of working.
You recognize that "good enough" solutions often enable faster progress, and you're pragmatic in your decision-making.
You excel at building, strengthening, and leveraging networks—both internally and externally.
You apply agile methodologies effectively in your daily work.
You're comfortable experimenting and remain flexible when navigating new situations.
You actively develop your technical capabilities and continuously seek growth in how you leverage technology.
You are customer-focused and place stakeholder needs at the center of your work.
You thrive in ambiguous situations and take effective action even when the path forward isn't entirely clear.
