Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Buyer 2, Accessories to join our team in Franklin, TN.
In this role, you’ll manage supplier relationships and lead sourcing activities to procure production and non-production parts, services, and commodities across Farmington Hills, MI and Mexico.
You’ll ensure suppliers meet Nissan’s standards for quality, cost, and delivery while supporting uninterrupted production by coordinating with internal teams and resolving supply issues. Additionally, you’ll contribute to operational support and help drive brand value and long-term profitable growth.
A Day in the Life

Leads pricing negotiations and establishes cost-effective agreements for assigned commodities.
Identifies, evaluates, and develops suppliers to meet current and future production needs.
Ensures suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations through performance management and analysis.
Manages contracts, purchase orders, and supplier records while maintaining organized documentation.
Drives cost reduction initiatives and coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure uninterrupted supply and resolve issues.
Who We’re Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree OR;
Associate's degree with an additional 4 years of expeience.
Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
Ability to travel approximately 20%.
Desired:
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Strong understanding of commodities, market trends, and applicable regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proven negotiation skills with a focus on cost optimization.
Ability to analyze costs and evaluate manufacturing processes.
