Job Description
The Senior Brand Manager of Marketing Operations is a leader who will own the Creative Process and Creative Rituals and Routines for Kraft Heinz North America – leading the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of the existing process, and evolving it for the future. You will drive efficiency and alignment across the Business Unit brand teams, Central Marketing functions, and agencies.
Key Components of the Role (Job Responsibilities)
As leader of the Kraft Heinz Creative Process, you will play a pivotal role in driving our creative vision, culture and performance by ensuring that engagement and alignment happen in a timely manner:
Support and lead the evolution of the Kraft Heinz Creative Process by identifying gaps, prioritizing opportunities, and building practical plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Help support the Creative Rituals and Routines tied to the process, making sure meetings are well run and lead to clear decisions, actions, and ownership.
Work with Comms leads on brand teams to optimize IAT processes, providing guidance, tools and support to maximize efficiency.
Identify and share Creative Process best practices across the business unit brand teams
Support the budget management process– ensuring production efficiencies are implemented where necessary.
Qualifications
A curious, courageous, collaborative leader, passionate about creative process and implementation.
Hands-on experience via client and/or agency-side roles to understand the point of view, goals and intention of marketers and their agency partners.
Demonstrated fluency in developing, implementing and managing creative processes.
Excellent communication, organization and relationship building skills. Comfort building clear narrative decks, presenting & gaining consensus from key collaborators.
Ability to influence broad teams at various levels without direct authority through trust and ownership
Models resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment where ideas and opportunities happen fast and require flexibility requiring simultaneous project management and “never settle” demeanor. A mindset of “excellence.”
Ability to drive the agenda and success in ambiguous situations, where path needs to be built.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
