Set in the beautiful Cotswolds, this luxury boutique hotel is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its accomplished front-of-house team. Home to an impressive 2 AA Rosette restaurant, the hotel is known for its exceptional food, attentive service and warm hospitality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys being hands-on and leading from the front. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider management team, you will help ensure every service runs smoothly while maintaining the high standards guests expect from this renowned property.

- £32,000 per annum plus £6,000 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver an exceptional level of service
- Overseeing restaurant service and ensuring operations run efficiently throughout each shift
- Building a strong knowledge of the menus and ensuring the team can confidently guide guests through their dining experience
- Assisting with the training and development of team members
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of the restaurant team, combining strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. This role would suit someone with experience in a quality restaurant or luxury hotel environment who is ready to take on further responsibility and continue developing their management career.
