  • Build fact-based business cases for productivity, automation, network, capacity, safety, quality and sustainability investments, and support benefits validation with Finance.

  • Standardize and deploy Logistics Excellence tools, operating practices and governance across both markets while adapting them to local needs and requirements.

  • Strengthen root-cause problem solving through reliable data, dashboards, loss trees and structured action tracking; improve data quality and transparency where gaps exist.

  • Facilitate cross-market learning between the Philippines, Japan and Greater Asia, scaling proven practices and preventing repeat issues.

  • Support transformation and change adoption through stakeholder alignment, disciplined project management, capability building and clear communication.

  • Promote safe, secure, compliant and quality-focused logistics operations, escalating material risks and supporting corrective-action closure.

  • Maintain a prioritised improvement pipeline and provide concise updates on progress, decisions required, realised value and delivery risks.
