What You Do
- Receive phone calls and office visitors requesting policy review, changes to existing coverage, and/or new policies. Inform, educate, and make recommendations and/or changes timely to aid in retention.
- Knowledge of rating and underwriting procedures for all carriers including rating software and carrier websites. Utilize download reports for proactive client contact. Determine acceptability and prepare client proposals and carrier submissions following guidelines and divisional procedures.
- Handle all client interactions with high level of customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction at every service contact while maintaining a concern for timeliness & procedure compliance in agency management system and carrier websites.
- Follow all procedures for management tracking and meet monthly pre-established team goals
- Handle any carrier client consolidation project per set procedures.
- Back-up alternate new business sales team when needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Your Education and Experience
Required
- Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Applicable industry designations preferred
- The employee is responsible for adherence to the stated expectations of the E&O Plus Quality Management Program
