Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Licensing & Re-Licensing: You manage the complete licensing lifecycle for telecommunications sites from initial application prep to permit issuance and handle network re-licensing using platforms like SHLYA to accelerate projects.
• Stakeholder & Authority Management: You build strong working relationships with municipal, regional, and national authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to follow up on pending approvals.
• Vendor & Project Management: You oversee day-to-day project milestones, create time plans, and collaborate with external consultants and contractors to monitor delivery against timelines, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Acquisition, Construction, Radio Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure complete, ready-to-submit licensing packages.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: You support budget planning, track absorption, deliver weekly/monthly risk and timeline reports, and drive initiatives to improve lead times, data quality, and regulatory compliance.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: Relevant working experience in telecommunications, demonstrating strong project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoke

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Athens.
