About the Company

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

About the Role

Are you ready to lead cargo compliance, quality, and standards across a growing global network? This role is central to managing the cargo compliance, quality, and standards framework across our operation. It ensures alignment with international and national regulations while strengthening operational excellence across the network. A core part of the role is overseeing regulatory compliance across cargo operations, including International Air Transport Association (IATA), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), customs, security, and Dangerous Goods requirements. The position also drives timely updates to internal policies, procedures, and operational standards. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role governs a cargo-specific Quality Management System and leads audits, reviews, and corrective action programs. It also oversees investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions to deliver measurable and lasting improvement. With responsibility for operational standardization, this position develops and maintains standard operating procedures, manuals, and policies that support safe, consistent, and efficient cargo handling. Monitoring performance indicators and using data insights to identify trends will be key to improving compliance, quality, and service delivery. The role also leads oversight of ground handling agents and vendors through audit and performance frameworks, while acting as a key point of contact for authorities and industry bodies. In parallel, it ensures training and competency programs remain current, effective, and aligned with operational requirements.  This is an opportunity to set the benchmark for cargo compliance and quality, shaping a resilient operation built on trust, discipline, and world-class standards.

About You

University-qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in air cargo operations, compliance, auditing, or quality assurance and expected to possess Dangerous Goods Regulations certification. You will bring deep expertise in cargo regulatory frameworks, Quality Management Systems, audit and corrective action programs, KPI-driven performance management, vendor and ground handling oversight, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel. Bring your best and show us why you can own this position within Riyadh Air. Please submit your application by clicking on the Apply button.
